Approach: Because the viewer's time with a display is short, we follow four strategic guidelines. First, imagery leads each slide, given the ease of processing for the brain. Second, information is limited and presented in an "F" pattern for quick digestion and understanding. Third, if appropriate, a clear call to action is included. And last, slides play for the average time it takes to read the information.
Results: These guidelines ensure the digital displays capture attention, enhance the customer experience in a visually impactful way, and serve as an additional marketing touchpoint for Y programming and offerings.
